So time to start working out how to wire this baby up
First up I made a home for the loom (through the firewall, so the EFI computer can live in the cabin)
Additional to the CA18 EFI loom I have to power the fuel pumps, give the ECU a Battery 12V, and Ignition switch. I also need to connect starter motor, alternator, knock sensor, Datsun loom (headlights etc..), Oil pressure, Charge light. Then I need to work out all the dash intruments.
The loom I have has been modified a bit already removing some of the irrelevant wiring - I bought it second hand that way so not entirely sure what is missing, anyway there is a wire of a relay that will power fuel pumps, I send this into the cabin and then run wire down to both fuel pumps to give them power.
Earth both fuel pumps to the body.  
Next 12V source to ECU - with a fuseable link in between - as I think blowing up ECU's is pretty uncool. Soldered one side - the other connects to the 12V from the kill switch.
Connect IGN into 1200 IGN switch - found the easiest was to tap the IGN wire in the engine bay - was pretty close by  
Sent big +ve cable from battery to the starter motor - and the signal wire from the ignition switch. Also on the starter I've powered the entire 1200 loom of the Batt +ve pole....as there is no battery in the engine bay anymore.  
Wire up Alternator - and we are in business.
