| Leaving the fuel system behind for now (as
I'm having some trouble with the concept) I thought I would mount the
intercooler and radiator..... |
| Here's what I've started with, already a little of the
front panel has been cut for a previous modification (by the previous
owner) |
| Take of the front bar |

| Check the intercooler hole I need with a cardboard
template, and check my S13 radiator will fit OK too. |
| Marked up where I wanted to cut |
| Then got into it with the angle grinder...wanted and
action shot...but cant grind and take a photo. |
| Test fit showed I needed to take a little more material
out to clear the end tanks of the intercooler. |
| Now I need to make up some brackets to mount the cooler
- then do the same for the radiator. So here's where I want the cooler |
| Now I want some bolts through the rad support to hold it
all up. |
| Top done! |
| Now the bottom.....started with the trusty cardboard
prototype |
| Then moved on to Aluminium |
| Drilled some holes |
| Looks like it all fits! |
| Now need some holes to hold the radiator |
| Dropped the rubber grommits straight into the drilled
holes, now just need top rad brackets. |
